TRAVELLING TO PRIESTLEY

There are different ways to travel into college – you just have to decide which is best for you.

We have a fleet of subsidized bus services that will drop you off outside college, but there are others that stop on the Wilderspool Causeway or in Warrington Town Centre.

You might choose to walk or cycle and, if you do, we have prepared a map to help you work out some of the safest routes to Priestley from your area.

Before starting at college we recommend you plan your journey and, if you are entitled to it, apply for any bursary support you might need from college to help pay for your transport.

Travelling by bus

A great place to start when planning your travel is Warrington’s Own Buses’ website.  You can find that here > https://www.warringtonsownbuses.co.uk/

On the dedicated Priestley Buses the service is subsidized so you will pay only £1 per journey.

There is also the option to organise a Touch & Go bus pass, which provides great value for money. You can read more about that here > Touch and Go pass

Warrington’s Own Buses run a number of direct services to college including routes from:

  • Altrincham, Irlam and Cadishead
  • Frodsham
