Architecture

Please watch the videos and read the worksheet to gain some understanding of Daniel Libeskind’s architecture. Then follow the instructions on the worksheet and have fun. There is not ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ in this process it is just about exploring how dynamic and interesting architecture can be.
Using the very dramatic extensions that Daniel Libeskind has built, or proposed to build, onto traditional buildings as a starting point (see the attached worksheet). We are going to build a very simple structure then add a more complex and interesting ‘extension’ to the model.

This task is meant to be fun and experimental; i do NOT want you spending hours of time on it or worrying about it.

The resources below are here to help you with this session. The documents can be downloaded to your device and web links can be viewed online.

What to do when you're finished ?
